Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 2 years supervisor and/leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization.
• Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement HCSC’s financial reporting strategy.
• Advise and consult on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.
