Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) in California to provide clinical supervision and training for counselors-in-training. The role requires ensuring compliance with CARF, state and federal regulations, and maintaining high-quality documentation.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, with supervision duties centered around a 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. window and possible travel up to 15%.

Formación

• Must possess a California LCSW license and comply with CEH/CEU requirements.
• Experience supervising clinicians in training and evaluating documentation.
• Knowledge of evaluation, treatment planning, and counseling, with addiction treatment knowledge.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and be insurable.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for meetings and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure CARF and all state, federal, local policies are met.
• Provide clinical supervision to trainee counselors in training.
• Conduct individual/group supervision sessions per BBS and Pinnacle policy.
• Maintain timely, complete documentation of treatment services.
• Support ongoing staff development and education initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to address clinical program needs.
