Thriveworks Clinical - California, P.C. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California to provide supervision to resident clinicians, while also maintaining a caseload and delivering telehealth services across California.

The role combines supervision with clinical practice, requiring consistency, reliability, and strong collaboration with regional leadership. Candidates must reside in California and be licensed or credentialed, with access to telehealth platforms and EHR

• Independently licensed LCSW in California
• Available to clients consistently
• Behavioral health generalist open to a variety of clients
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools
• Team player and clinical community contributor

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians
• Provide individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours (about 7 hours/week)
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours/week availability
• Provide documentation oversight for supervision
• Coach on professional and clinical development of residents
• Complete weekly supervision documentation
• Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues
