So Cal Training Team Media Group seeks an experienced supervisor to lead clinical staff in California. You will oversee licenced clinicians, supervise MA/MSW interns, and coordinate case assignments while ensuring adherence to EBP and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include group supervision, documentation, and ensuring productive, compliant service delivery. A CA driver license and flexibility for varied hours are required.

Qualifications

• LCSW license in CA with 2+ years post-licensure.
• Maintain licensure as a condition of employment.
• Training in supervision practices per BBS to supervise MA/MSW interns.
• Training in Evidence Based Practice and supervising 1 client per practice.
• 2+ years experience in family/child welfare, mental health and child abuse prevention.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid California Driver License and auto insurance.
• Cultural sensitivity across client populations.

Responsabilités

• Supervisory duties including interviewing, hiring, and training supervisees; manages performance and appraisals.
• Directly manages clinical activities, case assignments, scheduling, and consultations.
• Reviews outcomes and ensures fidelity to EBP models and treatment goals.
• Maintains QA and peer audit readiness and program standards.
• Ensures billable hours targets and accurate service documentation.
• Provides clinical group supervision and model fidelity.
• Ensures compliance with COA standards and licensing requirements.
• Keeps knowledge of program policies and attends relevant trainings.
