Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a California-licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as Clinical Supervisor in a part-time hybrid role (12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.). You will lead clinical supervision for counselors-in-training and ensure documentation meets state and federal regulations.

You will coordinate with California BBS requirements, develop supervision plans, and support program quality while upholding Pinnacle’s commitment to compassionate care and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California LCSW license with BBS qualifications.
• Maintain CE hours/CEU per California BBS requirements.
• Experience evaluating patients, treatment planning and counseling.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability for driving if required.
• Up to 15% local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to counselors in training to achieve independent licensure.
• Ensure clinical documentation complies with CARF, state, federal and Pinnacle policies.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions as needed.
• Develop training plans addressing identified trainee needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain program quality and compliance.
• Support education seminars and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
