Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee direct client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians in a California office, with hours varying around 19 per week and potential for full-time hours as needed.

The role requires a California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) and a passion for teaching, with duties including treatment planning, notes review, and collaboration across teams to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California license as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC for at least 2 years.
• Direct care experience with diverse populations.
• Ability to supervise up to 6 associate clinicians and provide teaching.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload.
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates.
• Review and sign notes for supervisees.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Director for employee reviews.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure excellent client care.
