Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee direct client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians in California.

The role involves in-person work with a dedicated treatment space and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. The position requires an active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) for at least two years, the ability to supervise and train others, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years.
• Invested interest in providing direct care and teaching associate therapists.
• Able to complete documentation within 72 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan.
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needs.
• Review and sign notes for supervisees.
• Provide feedback to leadership for employee reviews.
• Promote adherence to clinical protocols and high quality care standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain great client care experience.
