Job summary

Turo is seeking a Law Enforcement Response Specialist in Phoenix for handling inbound law enforcement requests, including subpoenas and court orders, while safeguarding user privacy and platform integrity.

Responsibilities include triaging requests, processing data disclosures, and documenting actions across Resolver, Dunlop, Sift, and other tools. This is a hybrid role with in-office work three days a week in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Trust & Safety, Law Enforcement, or similar.
• Solid understanding of legal process types including subpoenas and court orders.
• Ability to document case actions clearly under time pressure.
• Strong written communication for law enforcement correspondence and sworn declarations.

Responsibilities

• Triage, verify, and process inbound law enforcement requests.
• Execute data production and disclosures under required matrices.
• Document case activity and chain of custody in Resolver.
• Verify requestor identity before disclosure.
• Route non-LER matters to the appropriate team.
• Escalate NDO situations requiring legal review.
• Apply account actions at case closure per protocol.
• Provide same-day notification to CIU for federal subpoenas.
