Job summary

Consor is seeking a Land Development Project Manager in Austin to oversee the full lifecycle of residential development projects. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies to secure approvals and manage budgets and schedules.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in land development, and proficiency with AutoCad and Civil3D. The position offers a hybrid office/field work arrangement in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 10 years of land development experience.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Civil3D, etc. software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of land development projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to secure approvals.
• Manage budgets and schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and drive efficient project execution.
• Oversee design, grading, drainage and utilities layouts and productions.
