Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Texas PE license.
• 4+ years of civil site development experience.
• Experience in design, permitting, and construction-phase support.
• City of Austin project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design land development projects including grading, stormwater, utilities, erosion control, and roadways.
• Coordinate permitting and lead agency interactions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure quality and innovative solutions.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and task management.
• Develop internal templates, reports, and checklists to improve workflows.
• Act as a technical resource during construction for RFIs and site conditions.
• Support construction-phase services including submittals, field observations, coordination, and closeout.
