Entellus, Inc. in Austin, Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Land Development team. You will manage a variety of projects from residential subdivisions to commercial sites, drive business development, and maintain strong client relationships through professional service.

The role requires 8–10+ years in land development, Texas PE, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and proficiency with MS 365/Teams. You will mentor junior staff, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and work in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office 365/Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Ability to travel for meetings and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects through entire lifecycle from scope to close.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets; develop and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor project team and provide engineering guidance.
• Support business development to secure new work.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and adherence to standards.
