The successful candidate will coordinate with regional teams, manage staffing and documentation, and mentor supervisees while upholding licensure requirements and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
