Job summary

Randstad USA in Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hybrid, full-time team. You will manage complex interview logistics, coordinate travel and lodging, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will partner with TA Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and HR onboarding to gather information and drive efficient workflows. A data-driven mindset will help you optimize processes while maintaining precise candidate records

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a TA Coordinator or similar in a large organization.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules and calendars using Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules (virtual and in-person) including travel, lodging, and catering.
• Partner with TA, Legal, Compliance, and onboarding teams to gather candidate information.
• Analyze recruitment data and dashboards to suggest process improvements.
• Own routine TA tasks and maintain accurate candidate records.
