Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in digital commerce, growth marketing, site optimization, or related fields.
• Experience in consumer-facing, product-driven environments; apparel/beauty/lifestyle/retail familiar.
• Proven track record of improving digital performance via optimization and lifecycle initiatives.
• Comfort with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, testing methodologies, and mobile-first experiences.
• Hands-on email and SMS marketing, segmentation, triggered communications, and channel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive online revenue growth by improving conversion, customer value, repeat purchases, and retention.
• Own the digital shopping experience across site structure, storytelling, search, navigation, and checkout.
• Create a structured optimization program using analytics, insights, experimentation, and testing.
• Execute and optimize customer communications across email and SMS, including journeys and campaigns.
• Turn data into recommendations for assortment, promotions, targeting, and engagement.
• Partner with marketing, merchandising, planning, operations, stores, and customer experience teams.
• Oversee external partners and tech ecosystem for commerce, analytics, loyalty, search, and retention.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development for a small team.
