Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing, Merchandising and CRO Manager to drive product presentation, on-site journeys, and revenue conversion. You will partner across data, creative, and trading to deliver a premium digital experience for customers in LA and beyond.

The role combines merchandising leadership with CRO discipline, email/SMS lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize conversions, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across e-commerce, merchandising, or CRO.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, AOV, and revenue.
• Hands-on with Shopify and GA4 analytics.
• Able to run structured A/B testing and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site merchandising including product sequencing and landing pages.
• Analyze on-site behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and own the CRO roadmap with structured A/B testing across journeys.
• Own email and SMS journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Creative, E‑Commerce, and Retail teams.
