Job summary

VitaHustle, Inc. is hiring an Ecommerce & Lifecycle Manager in El Segundo, CA. This hybrid, full-time role owns the customer journey across ecommerce, CRM, subscriptions and lifecycle experiences.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and able to craft strategy, execute it, and present to leadership. Key focus areas include Shopify performance, CRO roadmap, email/SMS automation, retention programs, and lifecycle reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience with a DTC brand.
• Strong Shopify, CRO, email/SMS and subscription experience.
• Track record of improving conversion, retention, AOV and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify performance, merchandising, landing pages, apps, integrations and website QA.
• Develop an CRO testing roadmap to increase conversion rate and AOV.
• Lead Email and SMS strategy & automation across campaigns, automations and lifecycle flows.
• Drive retention through subscription growth, loyalty, and churn reduction.
• Perform customer cohort analysis and lifecycle reporting.
