Job summary

Insomnia Visuals is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead the next phase of online growth for our fast-growing fashion brand. This role can be hybrid in Los Angeles or remote, reporting to the CEO.

You will own the DTC revenue engine, manage paid ads, retention, and performance content, and coordinate with content, product, operations, agencies, and partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience in product-based ecommerce, fashion or lifestyle categories, and a track record of scaling from mid

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in ecommerce, growth or digital leadership roles.
• Experience in product-based, visually-driven consumer brands preferred.
• Strong revenue, KPI ownership with reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC revenue, ecommerce performance, and growth strategy.
• Lead website performance, CRO, and merchandising across pages.
• Oversee paid acquisition, retention, affiliates, and influencers.
• Coordinate product launches, content, and campaigns with teams.
• Present results and insights in leadership meetings.
