Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver organizational development programs for faculty and staff. You will analyze workforce needs, support change initiatives, and provide learning opportunities across the university community.

You will develop content, coordinate with SMEs, and deliver engaging sessions in person, online, or in hybrid formats while measuring outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning and development.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to build content.
• Experience designing learning for diverse staff and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Organization Development workshops on topics like Customer Service and Performance Management.
• Lead weekly Faculty Staff and Development workshops.
• Create engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Develop learning objectives and align content to online and classroom needs.
• Measure learning outcomes and develop assessment instruments.
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder relationships.
