Job summary

Exceptional Dental seeks a Learning and Development Officer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will support the Group Learning and Development Manager and collaborate across departments to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or HR, and at least two years of proven experience designing and delivering effective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of proven experience as a Learning and Development Officer or a similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, resources, and training facilities.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements.
