Riot Platforms seeks an experienced Senior L&D Specialist to build and run learning programs spanning onboarding to management development. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to identify what employees need to learn and design effective solutions.

You’ll own programs end-to-end, design content, manage LMS, and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement in Riot’s growing digital infrastructure team.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related experience.
• Have owned learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing enterprise learning initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own learning programs end to end from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation.
• Manage onboarding, employee development, compliance, leadership, internship, and technical training programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and communications.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
