Brightview Senior Living in Baltimore is seeking a Learning and Development Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for associates across 50 communities. This hybrid role partners with SMEs to translate objectives into effective training using adult learning principles and technology.

You will create CBT modules, instructor-led sessions, online courses, and materials, maintain Brightview University resources, and stay current with instructional design

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3–4 years of instructional design or related experience.
• Experience with older adults who may experience cognitive and physical challenges.
• 2+ years leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet based applications.
• Audio and video editing skills
• Excellent web design skills including basic graphic design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver classroom, online, and self-paced learning.
• Develop courses, curricula, activities, and assessments.
• Create CBT modules, storyboards, manuals, and rubrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content.
• Update and refine existing content; maintain Brightview University pages.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with users.
• Participate in maintaining Brightview University pages on intranet.
