Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to design and facilitate leadership development experiences for associates across 50 communities. You will work from our Baltimore Home Office in a hybrid setting, crafting programs for Directors, emerging leaders, and high-potential associates with adult-learning principles and practical application.

You will partner with community, regional, and Home Office leaders to identify development needs and translate insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in learning and development, organizational development, education, human resources, or related field.
7+ years of experience in leadership training, programming, or equivalent.
Experience designing and facilitating leadership development for leaders at multiple levels.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organization preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate leadership development experiences through classroom instruction, virtual learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and coaching.
Visit communities to understand operational challenges and evaluate learning effectiveness.
Assess leadership development needs using observations, interviews, and stakeholder feedback; tailor approaches.
Provide coaching and practical resources to strengthen leaders and develop others.
Develop facilitator guides, train-the-trainer resources, and certification standards.
