Job summary

CSC is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support global B2B clients in the technology and internet/web services arena. You will be the primary contact for inquiries, assist with domain portfolios, and collaborate with internal teams to secure clients’ digital assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric environment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and provide solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to change.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: respond to inquiries via chat, phone, and email across channels.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve orders related to domains, DNS, and digital assets; manage billing inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams with timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of services and industry changes; communicate new offerings.
• Collaborate with DBS teams on client brand launches and projects; problem-solve as needed.
• Strive to meet or exceed service metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
