Qualifications

• Experience in production environments, especially photography or multimedia.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer in tasks such as booking travel for freelancers and talent and updating weekly availability spreadsheets.
• Distribute and file documents like references, agreements, permits, and model releases after bookings.
• Assist with budget filing, invoicing, and Chrome River expenditures.
• Order and coordinate equipment, props, backdrops, and supplies for shoots; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate meals and lunch cards for freelance and talent on shoot days.
• Set up workflows in Creative Force and input freelance/model talent data.
• Assist the Producer on off-site shoots.
