People Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to lead large-scale branded campaigns within the Lifestyle Group. The role blends hands-on production with strategic leadership across video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential formats.

You will own client relationships on set, mentor junior producers, and drive production plans that balance creative ambition with operational and financial realities. Hybrid work in NYC, with remote days allowed.

Qualifications

• Education: B.A. or B.S. preferred but not required and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Production experience in branded content and social.
• Proven track record managing multi-format deliverables (print, video, photo, social).
• Familiarity with social-first production and optimization for IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale integrated campaigns for the Lifestyle group.
• Own day-to-day internal and external communications for production elements, providing confidence, clarity, and trusted guidance.
• Shape production plans across video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential formats, aligning resources with creative strategy.
• Ensure campaigns deliver editorial credibility and platform authenticity according to briefs.
• Partner with Line Producers on budgets, contracts, and staffing, balancing creative ambition with financial discipline.
• Act as on-set leader directing crew, staff, talent, and other personnel for smooth production and on-schedule shoots.
