Job summary

URBN is seeking a Production Coordinating Intern to help manage the end-to-end production process from order placement to finished goods delivery at our Philadelphia home office. The role supports speed-to-customer initiatives and collaboration with multiple brands within URBN’s portfolio.

The internship offers paid participation, exposure to senior leadership, and a chance to participate in intern-focused events and potential full-time opportunities after completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Progressive sourcing experience within complex apparel environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive solutions.
• Strong communication and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand supplier capabilities and opportunities; create and implement action plans.
• Manage production time and action for development to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build relationships to drive speed-to-market initiatives and collaboration with internal partners.
• Review and analyze factory and brand reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage TOP status and vendor releases; provide recommendations.
• Oversee QA processes with the DC for shipment releases and compliance.
