WSP is seeking a Temporary Early Career Electrical Engineer for our Syracuse, NY; Freeport, ME; or Ann Arbor, MI offices. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and involves work with our Power & Energy Team on electrical studies and SCADA systems.

You will perform protective relaying, planning studies, design grounding, and network configurations for RTUs, relays, HMIs, PLCs, and SCADA systems. Travel to project sites may be required.

Formación

• Must be a recent Engineering Graduate or currently enrolled in a university pursuing an Engineering degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical studies and develop/troubleshoot SCADA systems for utility/industrial clients.
• Conduct power system studies including fault, contingency, and voltage stability analysis.
• Support design studies for grounding, insulation coordination, and power quality.
• Configure RTU networks, relays, meters, HMIs, PLCs and SCADA communications.
• Assist with risk assessments, documentation, and project coordination.
