Job summary

PAE is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to join our Spokane office in a hybrid environment. Under mentorship, you will design and model power distribution, lighting, and technology systems for built environments, building practical skills in industry software and electrical codes.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning, planning with project teams, and progressing toward an Engineer in Training. You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, Easy Power, and other tools while developing technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• EIT or ability to obtain preferred.
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of electrical system design and documentation.
• Model distribution, load flow, and arc flash using Easy Power.
• Support project teams on distribution, lighting and technology systems.
• Learn codes, specs, and building standards.
