Job summary

ATC in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Learning and Content Designer to design, deliver, and coordinate competency-based training for GDOT learners in a hybrid work setting. The role combines virtual and on-site instruction with ongoing content improvements and learner engagement.

You will manage schedules, publish course materials, track enrollments, and collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to address knowledge gaps, travel as needed, and ensure high-quality learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Team Leader guidance and IT management priorities.
• Keep Team Lead informed of schedule, risks, and travel concerns.
• Learn and teach GDOT IT applications to learners.
• Coordinate training schedules and enrollments with stakeholders.
• Prepare training environments and data prior to classes.
• Conduct virtual, on-site, and webinar trainings.
• Build relationships across IT, HR, and business units to identify gaps.
• Publish training materials and update documentation as needed.
• Assist IT projects with user training and testing.
• Adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused IT environment.
