Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Technician to join a fast-paced team delivering remote or onsite support for diverse clients. You will troubleshoot hardware/software across Windows and Mac platforms, manage tickets, and contribute to cloud migration projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, familiarity with AD/DNS/DHCP and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi), and strong customer service abilities. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT experience supporting end users.
• Related industry certifications preferred (A+, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA).
• Experience with Windows and Mac client OS, and Windows Server 2012–2022.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and network routing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware/software on Windows, Mac, and Windows Server OS.
• Manage help desk requests via phone, email or chat; document tickets.
• Lead complex projects including on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Travel to client locations for onsite visits; mileage reimbursed.
• Create CSRs and install/configure on IIS web servers.
