Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds in College Station, TX is hiring an IT Technician to support in-house PC hardware and software for associates. You will respond to calls and tickets to troubleshoot, repair and maintain end-user systems, with additional duties in network devices, VoIP, AD accounts and email administration.

Training covers desktop/server OS, network administration, and telephony support. The role offers a hybrid work schedule after training and opportunities to take on special projects

Qualifications

• End-user support and good customer service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends with travel as needed.
• 2-year IT degree or equivalent experience; A+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house technical PC hardware/software support.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain end-user systems.
• Assist with network devices, VoIP, AD accounts and email administration.
