Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an IT Technician to join a team delivering in-house PC hardware and software support for Reynolds and Reynolds associates. You will respond to calls and tickets, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end-user systems, with additional responsibilities including network devices, VoIP, Active Directory, and email administration.

You will participate in training on Reynolds based products and may work on special projects to research new technology and solve

Qualifications

• 2-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills through verbal and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license with few violations and be able to travel as needed.
• Requires ability to lift 50+ lbs and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support.
• Respond to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot and repair end-user systems.
• Manage network devices, VoIP, and Active Directory accounts and email administration.
• Work on special projects researching new technology and solving complex problems.
