Job summary

NEC Corporation in Irving, Texas seeks a customer-focused Support Technician to provide technical support to customers, field technicians, and internal teams. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues and ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities include following escalation processes, maintaining case records, and communicating effectively with customers and teams. Hybrid work with periodic office attendance in Irving is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in technical support or help desk.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent; MCSA or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to clients, internal teams, and field staff.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Follow documented processes and maintain accurate case records.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources as needed.
• Communicate incident status and progress to customers and stakeholders.
