Responsibilities

• Lead the technical operations team responsible for end-user computing, internal IT infrastructure support, hardware/software procurement, and system administration.
• Manage helpdesk workflows to guarantee that requests, access provisioning, and system issues are resolved within defined SLA metrics.
• Administer cloud directory services and enforce endpoint security and patch management via Unified Endpoint Management tools.
• Direct hardware lifecycle refresh programs and manage third-party vendor contracts.
• Create standard operating procedures for onboarding and offboarding.
• Lead a team of IT support technicians and systems administrators across regional offices.
