Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support, including 2+ years in management or a supervisory role.
- Experience leading the successful implementation of new technologies and solutions.
- Healthcare experience required, dentistry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with enterprise-scale systems and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the Clinical Systems and Enterprise Engineering personnel; mentor and evaluate performance.
- Manage vendors supporting enterprise and clinical systems and communicate health, risks and initiatives to leadership.
- Translate strategic directives into actionable execution plans and partner with PMO on project intake, prioritization, and delivery.
