D4C Dental is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Systems to lead the delivery of high-level IT support within the enterprise environment. The role will directly manage Clinical Systems and Enterprise Engineering teams, ensuring availability, performance, and scalable solutions to support the company’s mission of improving children's oral health.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support, including 2+ years in management or a supervisory role.
- Experience leading the successful implementation of new technologies and solutions.
- Healthcare experience required, dentistry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with enterprise-scale systems and integrations.
Responsabilités
- Directly supervise the Clinical Systems and Enterprise Engineering personnel; mentor and evaluate performance.
- Manage vendors supporting enterprise and clinical systems and communicate health, risks and initiatives to leadership.
- Translate strategic directives into actionable execution plans and partner with PMO on project intake, prioritization, and delivery.
