Job summary
myBridge Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer in Seattle to manage and optimize our technology infrastructure. You will ensure high availability of enterprise systems, support cloud and on‑prem environments, and partner with DevOps and Security teams to improve reliability.
The ideal candidate will have strong Windows and Linux administration skills, hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure, and familiarity with virtualization, monitoring, and ITSM practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage system upgrades and patch management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams.
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
