Job summary

MDH Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) in Baltimore is seeking an IT Systems Technical Specialist to plan, design, and develop the LTSSMaryland operating system and enhancements, by managing business leads and translating program needs into clear system requirements.

You will guide the ADLC process, participate in requirements, testing, validation, and release activities, and serve as a liaison between non-technical business owners, leadership, and the software vendor to ensure solutions meet

Qualifications

• Must have experience defining requirements, testing, validation, and release activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop LTSSMaryland OS and enhancements.
• Guide the Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC) activities.
• Serve as liaison between non-technical business owners, program leadership, and software vendor.
• Support Medicaid IT projects as assigned.
