Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to design, implement and maintain information systems that meet business needs. You will gather requirements, develop specifications, test systems, and provide end-user training and support.

The role includes acting as liaison to vendors, delivering Tier 2/3 support, and managing ServiceNow tickets. A hybrid work environment and ongoing training are offered to enable success.

Qualifications

• High School / GED required.
• 3–5 years IT experience.
• Experience with corporate software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced application support, training and problem resolution for all corporate software applications.
• Acts as liaison between the software vendors and end-user to update systems and resolve conflicts.
• Represents IT management during campus visits to address any open IT issues or areas of concern.
• Provides Tier 2 and 3 end-user consulting, trouble-shooting and problem-solving support for all computer hardware/software supported products.
• Manages ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure closure to open tickets, generate new requests, and route to appropriate team members.
• Interacts with end-users and IT team members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conducts follow-up on open calls and/or assists co-workers in their follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associates Preferred

Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Preferred
