You will help develop technical solutions and integration points as needed. The position emphasizes collaboration with IT teams and customers, participating in testing, deployments, and maintaining domain expertise across supported systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of related functional experience.
• Strong communication skills, effective with varying organizational levels and skill sets.
• Strong Relationship Management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.
• Strong business process design and operation skills.
• Demonstrated strong technical acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical points to non-technical.
• Proven ability to creatively problem solve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge of new tools and systems.
• Experience and understanding of core IT.
• Service Management functions, such as Change Management and Incident Management.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Execute regular defined operational processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, system processing, and reports.
• Analysis: Assist with the analysis, solution design and prioritization of business technical needs including the participation on technical projects or efforts.
• Relationship Management: Work with IT teams and customers during testing activities, and through change deployment.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Achieve and maintain a high level of expertise in supported systems.
