Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced IT technician leader to diagnose and solve data, information, and process challenges. You will lead analysis, create hypotheses, and drive improvements across applications and infrastructure.

You’ll act as a point of contact for technology service requests, deployment, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop hardware and software. In this hybrid Denver-based role, you’ll mentor technicians, coordinate operational projects, and ensure changes are documented

Formación

• Associate degree or IT certifications preferred in IT field.
• Strong PC hardware and software diagnostics experience.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office with good customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to technicians.
• Lead special projects with operations leadership and track results.
• Assess and upgrade technical areas; coordinate with system owners.
• Maintain documentation for all applications and support issues.
• Manage user expectations and resolve escalations efficiently.
