Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
• Two years of prior people leadership experience.
• Five years of related functional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or formal service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce support procedures and knowledge base.
• Lead performance measurement and reporting for the team.
• Escalation point for outages and problems; coordinate cross-organizational changes.
• Forecast and manage expenses to budget; lead continuous process improvements.
