Job summary

Resultant is seeking an IT System Administrator to support client technology environments in a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. The role collaborates with service desk, security, and project teams to deliver secure, reliable systems and documented processes.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Azure, and endpoint devices, while improving automation with PowerShell and affiliated tools.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in systems administration or similar roles.
• Experience in managed-services/consulting environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, M365, Azure, and virtualization.
• Manage identity, access, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Oversee endpoint management, patching, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, certificates, and file services.
• Investigate incidents and implement sustainable fixes.
