Job summary

Dedicated IT is a leading MSP focusing on healthcare IT, offering a hybrid schedule with up to 2 onsite days and remote work. The Support Technician II role hands you a frontline position managing diverse IT needs for healthcare clients, driving fast, effective resolutions and professional growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and adherence to SLAs, with salary between $55,000 and $65,000 and a benefit-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Provide desktop and mobile device support for Windows/Mac OS environments.
• Experience with O365 and SharePoint administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience using ConnectWise for ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Healthcare IT familiarity and HIPAA awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues through support tickets and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead to ensure exceptional service.
• Handle a range of issues from basic to complex for end users.
• Document notes, track time, and update technical documentation.
• Manage email tickets and escalate when needed with thorough notes.
• Mentor teammates and train users on supported software and hardware.
• Identify and communicate potential incidents promptly to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and create workarounds when standard procedures don’t apply.
• Assist with software installations and vendor management for client support.
• Maintain timely case follow-up and keep clients updated.
• Collaborate on client projects with the fCIO and POD Teammates
