Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote desktop tools, and in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
• Provide basic hardware support, including setting up workstations, troubleshooting failures, and coordinating repairs.
• Conduct basic training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to resolve common technical issues independently.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
