Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide troubleshooting for end-user hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
