Job summary

Flory Line Construction, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for day-to-day technology issues across office and field operations. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, deploy devices, and support business applications such as Viewpoint Spectrum and Fleetio.

You will create and maintain IT documentation, manage asset inventory, assist with onboarding/offboarding and password management, and occasionally travel to field locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; current students encouraged.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred but not required.
• Equivalent practical experience, certifications, or projects will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Intune and mobile devices is a plus; familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business applications (Viewpoint Spectrum, Traqspera, Spreadsheet Server, Fleetio, Motive, MS 365).
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and other company devices.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, account, application, connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, MFA, and password management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, shipping, and lifecycle documentation.
• Create and maintain user guides and internal IT documentation.
• Assist with system maintenance, device management, and process improvements.
