Job summary

Sabre BTS in Phoenix is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team. You will provide advanced technical assistance across hardware, software, and network issues, with remote, on-site, and travel support as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage AD/Exchange/365, and leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline resolutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support or a similar role with strong troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365/Entra management.
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance troubleshooting and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-users across hardware, software, and networks.
Assist with software installations, configurations, and general IT needs; conduct new-hire orientations.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems; document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
Maintain and monitor IT systems, servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
Support hardware setup and maintenance and collaborate with IT team for high-quality support.
Document troubleshooting procedures and generate regular system performance reports.
