Job summary

Flatiron Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands‑on end‑user support for a global employee base in a hybrid environment. You will manage assets, assist across macOS, Windows, and iOS, and administer access in AD, Google Workspace, and Okta.

You'll troubleshoot network connectivity, support Zoom Rooms and conference tech, and maintain ticketing workflows while delivering a high‑touch experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing end‑user IT support in IT Support/Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Strong macOS and Apple hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf Pro or Intune.
• Familiarity with AV technologies like Zoom Rooms and conference room systems.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑first mindset, with ability to work in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on IT support for Flatiron employees worldwide, including in‑person IT Bar support.
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, including provisioning, shipping, and retirement.
• Support hardware, software, OS, and mobile devices across macOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Administer user access in AD, Google Workspace, and Okta, ensuring security standards.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues; assist with endpoint management tasks.
• Maintain conference room tech and Zoom Rooms, AV equipment, and room setups.
• Document, prioritize, and manage tickets; escalate when needed; improve processes.
