Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional IT experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and related components.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (web and desktop).
• Experience cataloging and maintaining IT supplies.
• Flexibility with working hours including possible after-hours support.
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end end-user IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Install/configure desktop PCs and software; update and maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and security measures.
• Maintain hardware inventory and assist with procurement and shipping.
• Assist with conference room setup and IT-related events.
• Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with vendors.
• Support users on-site or remotely; participate in hybrid work activities.
• Contribute to IT policies and procedures; other duties as assigned.
