Job summary

You will work with the IT Operations Manager to reduce ticket volume, manage equipment, and support onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate has CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required.
• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to help desk requests and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems for end users.
• Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage equipment inventory and licensing.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology needs and account provisioning.
• Support maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Document issues, resolutions, and SOPs; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Deliver basic training on new technologies to end users.
• Maintain records of tickets, equipment, and warranty information.
